Hi Everyone,
So we are halfway through the month, which means we are halfway through Redemption Bay by RaeAnne Thayne. This has been a sweet story and I am thoroughly enjoying the setting. It seems peaceful and homey. What do you think?
On the other hand, I have one slight issue…
Hi Everyone,
Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing Moms out there! In honor of this lovely day and the lovely women who raised us, today’s topic is about children’s books.
What is your favorite childhood book that your Mom used to read to you?
Mine is, Love You Forever by Robert Munsch! Mom and I used to read this book daily and I still have it memorized!
I got to say, I was beyond blessed that I had an incredible Mom, who encouraged my love of reading.
Tell me in the comments below, what book brings back the best memories of you and your Mom.
Enjoy!

Hi Everyone,
This month’s Read with Ariesgrl book will be the nook’s Serial Read selection for May. Each day, the nook app will provide one chapter from Redemption Bay by RaeAnne Thayne. This is the second book in the author’s romantic Haven Point series. I have not read anything by this author before, but I am looking forward to seeing what this book has to offer. Throughout the month, I will start discussion threads for us to share our thoughts!
Enjoy!

In times of storm and tempest, of indecision and desolation, a book already known and loved makes better reading than something new and untried … nothing is so warming and companionable.

Hi Everyone,
Happy Game Day! First, my hockey team played and won. Then, we were engrossed in the adorable Puppy Bowl, and now the Super Bowl is lighting up our television screen. What about you? Are you cheering on your favorite team tonight?
Yesterday, at the bookstore I talked to several people who were stocking up for their own type of Bowl Day… a reading marathon, so to speak. So if you are reading today, like me, tell me how many books you have conquered and which ones had you the most enthralled.
Either way, hope you all have had a lovely Sunday!
Enjoy!

Hi Everyone,
Happy February! Hope you all are doing well. January was a wash for me as I spent several days traveling back and forth to doctors’ appointments. It is a draining, but necessary process.
Life is slowly getting soothed out, as I carve out and organize my creative workspace. Be on the lookout for a lot of reviews, and special posts in the coming days.
Thanks again for the continued support. I am thoroughly looking forward to 2016!
Enjoy!
