Happy Book Birthday!!!

Hi Everyone,

Today is an exciting day, because Tuesdays mean new book releases! Today is especially special, because the long-awaited conclusion of the Peachtree Bluff series is now available!!!

The Southern Side of Paradise
By: Kristy Woodson Harvey
(Peachtree Bluff #3)

Ansley Murphy is happily in love with the man of her dreams, while her three daughters seem to be settling down with their significant others. However, Ansley’s youngest is keeping a secret that might destroy them all. Emerson is avoiding the doctor’s calls and emails, because once she knows what is wrong, it becomes even more real. She would rather focus on her upcoming wedding and the movie role of a lifetime. Will the Murphy women be able to lean on one another, as they have before, or will past secrets divide this family for good?

Peachtree Bluff is an idyllic Southern town in Georgia, where everyone feels at home. Harvey does an excellent job of reminding readers that no matter the size of the town, it is the hearts of residents that count. Readers will be thrilled to see updates on their favorite minor characters. The parallel relationships show the various levels of love and how important it is to fight for true love.

Kristy Woodson Harvey is one of my favorite Southern writers. Throughout each of her books, she depicts strong female characters who know the importance of family. This latest novel was one that I anxiously awaited reading, because I was thrilled to spend more time with the Murphy women. Even after I turned the last page, I keep holding out hope that there will be more, even if only a few novellas over the next few years.
