Peachtree Bluff is an idyllic Southern town in Georgia, where everyone feels at home. Harvey does an excellent job of reminding readers that no matter the size of the town, it is the hearts of residents that count. Readers will be thrilled to see updates on their favorite minor characters. The parallel relationships show the various levels of love and how important it is to fight for true love.
Kristy Woodson Harvey is one of my favorite Southern writers. Throughout each of her books, she depicts strong female characters who know the importance of family. This latest novel was one that I anxiously awaited reading, because I was thrilled to spend more time with the Murphy women. Even after I turned the last page, I keep holding out hope that there will be more, even if only a few novellas over the next few years.
Slow Burn by Kristen Ashley, next will be a Daniel Silva book. I have been told I must read him, so I’ll be giving him a go.
