This fun group was created on Facebook to help readers dive deep into their ereaders to find those long forgotten downloaded books. If you are like me and like to download free ebooks, you may have an extra large TBR e-pile. If you are up to an adventure, sort your books by date and each week pick a book that is older than 6 months to read. You can join in on the fun by clicking here to join the Facebook group.
Below, you will see my review for this week’s #forgottenbookchallenge.
Rose of Fire (The Cemetery of Forgotten Books, #2.5)
By: Carlos Ruiz Zafon
Free download, well over a year ago.
Rose of Fire is a short story, depicting the origins of the Cemetery of Forgotten Books.
Carlos Ruiz Zafon is an incredible author. His books are set in Barcelona and have the mystical feel of Gothic literature. This short story will not disappoint his fans. Telling multiple stories in just twelve pages, readers will be swept up in the magic of his words. I recommend reading this story after reading The Shadow of the Wind.
